Bangalore, Nov 29 (PTI) Bangalore a bid tearful farewell to Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the NSG Command officer who was killed in the bloodiest counter-offensive against the Taj Hotel in Mumbai.
Relatives, friends and staff, in addition to the army of thousands of ordinary citizens, came out in the streets to pay tribute to the martyrs who laid down their lives without precedent in the fight against terror operation.Unnikrishnan was killed while trying to flee to a terrorist Taj.
Major Sandeep UnniKrishan, which was announced at the National Security Guards at the headquarters Manes in Haryana, had arrived in Mumbai to take on the terrorists holes in the two star hotels in Mumbai. The whole operation in the three places where the commands in the gunbattle deal with the terrorists will be over in a few hours, while the new building of the Taj hotel has been cleared of terrorists, said a senior army officer. I Salute this brave young son of Mother India. And today after hearing news that his respected father has turned away the CM of Kerala from his door, I feel more proud of this brave family. This is lesson to these politicians. May Major Sandeep's soul rest in peace. MAJOR SANDEEP WE OWE OUR LIFE TO YOU NOW ONWARDS.
I salute to this brave gentleman who sacrificed his life for us. I also salute to the parents of this brave son who are all prepared to live now on their own.
A loss is a loss, but after loss a support comes to us as a motive of life.
But in sandeep's case, he did not leave anybody behind him that can become his parent's motive.
More than a peace to his soul, i really pray god that let his parents have a smooth life and gets so much busy that they can take up the departure of Sandeep in a positive way.
A huge salute to this brave gentleman Sandeep Unnikrishnan and i hope that i too can be a part of his family to stand besides them in this moment.

I do respect of all those daring officers of Indian force who have been paased away now. But,it not means that they are not with us still they are with us in our hearts in our memories or in our dreams we will always remember them. Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan is a hero and in this time of trauma instead of respecting the sentiments of his traumatised father, the Kerala CM is seeking brownie points by his forced visit to his residence. On top of that his comment is uncalled for. The Kerala CM must remember that over the period of many years that he has been in the political circles he must have behaved like a dog visiting the houses of many people requesting for votes. The next time that this "dog" comes wagging his tail the people must give a reply fitting enough for a rabid one
Sandeep is a brave soldier, no doubt about it.Indians from all over the world should respect this man and his family and never forget him.... NSG and the Army should recommend the governement to give Param Veer Chakra to this young soldier.... I had a chance to look in his orkut profile and had tears in my eyes, some of his pictures , his smile, his pic shows that he is just like all of us a next door guy.......

The army should strongly protest against Kerla's cm for his comment and stringent action should be taken against this guy...just imagine the morale of other serving officers.... Our politicians are much worser than Terrorists.

i really salute the major who died for our security but i want to post one thing that if somebody got 5 crore by shooting for a model and 5v lakh for the martyr who died for our sleep.guys lets fight for the issue which is neglecting many of the soldiers..........

WHY ARE DO WE PRACTISE SUCH UNFAIR BEHAVIOUR???WHY THE TERRORISTS WHO KILLED OUR PEOPLE ARE ALIVE IN INDIAN JAILS AND WE THE PEOPLE HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO SEE THAT THE JUSTICE GETS DONE TO THOSE WHO WERE SLAUGHTERED AND THESE DEVILS GETS THE PUNISHMENT THEY DESERVE.WHY HAVENT PEOPLE FORCED GOVERNMENT TO CARRY OUT THE EXECUTION IN THE PARLIAMENT ATTACK CASE...?WHY DO WE MAINTAIN SILENCE ON ISSUES LIKE TERRORISM??WHY DONT WE FEEL N ACT LIKE RESPONSIBLE INDIAN CITIZENS??WHY DONT WE REALISE OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS OUR NATION?WHY DO WE ALWAYS SHOW "ITS NOT MY ISSUE" ATTITUDE??
Always We Think That My Family Is SAFE,I M SAFE.Thats It.We Are Not Concerned Or Bothered About Others.But Can U All Step Aside From I,ME & MY For One Second And Think That ALL THOSE Who DIED,ALL THOSE Who SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES FOR US...WHO WERE THEY?Were They From PAKISTAN?
For Me THEY WERE MY PEOPLE.THEY WERE MY SOLDIERS & THE THOUGHT KILLS ME AGAIN & AGAIN from Inside That MY PEOPLE WERE SLAUGHTERED IN THIS WAY,IN THIS MANNER.but what happens with the ONE PERSON FEELING unless n until the WHOLE NATION DOSENT GET UP WITH THIS FEELING...
THAN WHY DO WE BLAME GOVERNMENT & POLITICIANS???

Dear Blog Team its my pesonal Request to u to post the comment that i have written for people.thats not criticism but thats a message to people of our country.If u have restrictions or problems or constraints posting such comment than its ok but otherwise i want people to read this comment..Like Americans we also NEED A CHANGE but in the OUR ATTITUDE FIRST n than the POLITICAL SYSTEM.let people read this comment and realise that what have we been doing till now,what kind of society have we created for ourselves and our Nation...If we dont do anything for ourselves now than Honestly GOD HELPS INDIA...JAI HIND
