The 40-year-old Gossip girl actress who happens also expecting their second child, has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch her Retransfer report confirms to E! News.
Rutherford referred to the aforementioned "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakdown, which does not seem imminent last month when she talked about how her husband had to help her prepare for her 2-year-old son Hermes Gustaf Giersch, enjoy a little sister. This was the second marriage for Kelly, who ironically plays serial divorceé Lily van der Woodsen on "Gossip Girl".
